• Import: Existing workout data from Apple Health to display in our app
• Export: Save new workouts created in our app to Apple Health
• Sync: Maintain consistency between our app and your health data

HealthKit Data Protection:

• HealthKit data remains stored locally on your device
• We only access HealthKit data with your explicit permission
• You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through iOS Settings
• Imported HealthKit workout data may be uploaded to our servers to enable social features, leaderboards, and detailed analytics
